How long will it take to receive my order?

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order placement

What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing my order?

Although email confirmation of your order can take up to 24 hours to be sent. If you have not received your order confirmation within that timeframe. Please contact us immediately on our Contact Us Page






How can I track my package?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with order information and tracking number. We encourage that your write order tracking number down. And track your order shipping status through the shipping carrier's website.

Do I get a refund if I refuse delivery?

All refuse delivery will incur a $10 restock fee. And your shipping will not be refunded. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive the order and process your refund. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

What if I receive my product damage?

In the unlikely event that your product reaches you damaged. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your order receipt. With your order confirmation number and screenshots of the damage product. And we will start the process of replacing order immediately.

What if I receive the wrong item(s).

In an unlikely event that this happens. Please contact us via our Contact us page, within 48 hours of receiving your order. So that we may correct your order for you. Make sure to include your order number with your inquiry.



Who should I contact if I my package gets lost in transit?

Our online store is not liable for any package or packages that gets lost in transit. You should contact the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim with them.





Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we do NOT test our products on animals.







Do your products contain paraben?

No, all of our products are paraben-free









Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.











Do your products have an expiration date?

Our products will remain fresh and usable 12 months after Period of its opening. To maintain safety, we ask that you use the product within 12 of opening.













Why does my lipstick color look different from the pictures online?

The images on our website represent the colors as close as possible to the actual product. However, our product shades may appear different on everyone. Depending on a number of factors, such as the color and resolution of your monitor, skin tone, and lip pigmentation.

Is there a purchase limit?

Yes, to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance to purchase our products. There is a purchase limit of 2 per item

When will sold out items be restocked?

We try our best to restock our products as quickly as possible. However, should a product go Out of Stock. You can always go to that specific product page and sign-up to receive an email notification. By clicking on the Notify Me button. And once that product becomes available you will be the first one to be notified.
























Do your online store ship products internationally?

We are currently not shipping any goods outside of the U.S. at this time. But that is subject to change in the near future.
























What are your refund and exchange policies?
